Each installer is manually vetted by DSS: business registration (RCCM) verified, certifications checked (Victron, SMA, FEICOM), references reviewed. An account is activated only after the full file is approved.
Preventive maintenance (periodic checks) and corrective maintenance (breakdowns, malfunctions) on the whole installation. Maintenance tickets handled within 48h by the local installer. Included at no extra cost in every offer.
Through your client portal (available in V2): project timeline, progress photos uploaded by the installer at each step, access to documents (quote, invoice, handover report), WhatsApp notifications on every status change.
Yes, this is one of our main use cases. Simply enter the beneficiary's contact details in Cameroon on the form. DSS handles everything from delivery to commissioning.
