Cookies
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember certain information about your browsing.
Cookies used by DSS
In V1, the DSS website uses only cookies strictly necessary for the service to work:
- sessionid — Django session cookie. Identifies your session on the server. Duration: browser session.
- csrftoken — CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection cookie. Secures Django forms. Duration: 1 year (per Django recommendations).
- django_language — Language preference cookie (FR/EN). Remembers your language choice between visits. Duration: 1 year.
No advertising cookies
DSS does not set any advertising, tracking or analytics cookies in V1. No browsing data is shared with advertising networks or third-party platforms for targeting purposes.
Manage your consent
You can review or change your cookie consent choice at any time.
Managing cookies through your browser
At any time, you can accept, refuse or delete cookies by configuring your browser:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and site data
